Community Involvement
Creating opportunities, fostering inclusion, and celebrating achievements together
At On Track Care, we don't just provide services—we actively create opportunities for our participants to engage with and excel in their communities. From pioneering disability riding programs to sponsoring competitive pool teams, we're committed to breaking barriers and celebrating achievements.
Pioneering Disability Riding Classes
In 2019, we achieved something truly special—we started the riding for disabled classes at the Ekka (Royal Queensland Show), one of the state's premier agricultural events. This groundbreaking initiative opened doors for riders who never thought they'd have the chance to compete on such a prestigious stage.
Today, we continue this legacy by fully sponsoring disability riding classes at local agricultural shows throughout our region. These aren't just competitions—they're opportunities for our participants to showcase their hard work, bond with their horses, and demonstrate their skills to the wider community.
Breaking Barriers
Enabling riders who never thought they could compete to show off their horses and demonstrate the fruits of their hard work to family, friends, and the broader community.
Lasting Impact
The majority of agricultural shows in our region now include disability riders in their regular schedules—a testament to the program's success and lasting impact.
Oddball Pool Team Sponsorship
We're proud sponsors of the Oddball Pool Team based in Ipswich. This isn't just about providing equipment or funding—it's about creating a competitive pathway where our participants can excel, build skills, and achieve recognition at the highest levels.
The team competes weekly in local competitions, providing consistent social engagement and skill development. But the opportunities don't stop there.
